About the Role
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our FinTech product team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital
experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product
managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create designs that simplify
complex financial workflows while maintaining a modern and professional look.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand business
requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate
design decisions.
- Ensure consistency of design elements across all platforms, maintaining brand
guidelines and design systems.
- Simplify complex financial products and services into intuitive user journeys.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX,
especially within the FinTech domain.
- Work in agile/scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and product
development cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or
equivalent practical experience).
- 3–10 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in FinTech,
Banking, or SaaS products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work on responsive web and mobile
applications.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and
accessibility guidelines.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience designing financial dashboards, trading platforms, payment
solutions, or investment products.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques for financial/analytical products.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions, chatbots, or conversational UI in FinTech.
- Ability to balance creativity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
