Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements:
