Job Description – Interior Designer Company: ANS Design House Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra Role Overview: ANS Design House is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. H Houzz Key Responsibilities: Meet clients to understand design requirements and preferences. Develop space planning, layouts, mood boards, and design concepts. Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D visualizations using SketchUp/3ds Max or similar software. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams. Conduct site visits to monitor project execution and ensure design quality. Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project documentation. Deliver projects within timelines and budget. Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and construction details. Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. 1–5+ years of relevant interior design experience (preferred). Portfolio showcasing Salary 20k to 40k as par interview residential/commercial interior projects.
