Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manpower requirements and understand job specifications from hiring managers.
- Prepare detailed job descriptions and job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate recruitment reports and update management on hiring progress.
- Assist in onboarding activities and joining formalities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sourcing through job portals and social media platforms.
- Good screening and interviewing skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment software/ATS.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
