- Operate SCADA the functioning of Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
- Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, TDS, pH, and conductivity.
- Ensure smooth operation of pumps, motors, valves, dosing systems, and related equipment.
- Maintain proper feed water quality and optimize recovery efficiency of the RO plant.
- Supervise evaporator operations to achieve required concentration and minimize steam consumption.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of MEE & RO systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance and utility departments for troubleshooting and breakdown activities.
- Monitor chemical dosing and ensure proper handling of chemicals and cleaning procedures (CIP).
- Maintain daily log sheets, operational records, and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and pollution control standards.
- Guide and supervise operators and helpers during plant operation.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions for efficient plant performance.
- Ensure minimum downtime and maintain continuous plant operation.
- Check water treatment quality as per process and regulatory requirements.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company operational standards.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
