Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive hands-on training on hardware assembly, networking components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and software applications.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and tutorials.
- Hardware Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair computers and peripherals in the training lab.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Assess trainee skills, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress.
- Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to employees/students, troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sftwre life cycle , languages and hardware components (CPU, motherboard, peripherals) and software architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Languages, Networking and lab handling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical topics.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
