Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher to join our Koha Support team. The candidate will provide technical support for Koha Library Management System implementations, assist customers in resolving issues, and coordinate with the development team when required.
No prior experience in Koha is required. Training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote access.
- Install and configure Koha Library Management System.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Assist customers with application usage and basic training.
- Monitor customer support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug reports and feature requests.
- Perform software testing before deployments.
- Prepare basic documentation and user guides.
- Maintain daily support reports and update issue status.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
- Good understanding of computer networks is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL is preferred.
- Willingness to learn Linux and Koha.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in *Tamil and English*.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- MySQL Database
- Customer Support Process
- Remote Troubleshooting
