JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT MANAGER (FIRE INDUSTRY)
Position: Project Manager
Department: Projects / Operations
Industry: Fire Safety & Fire Protection
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: As per experience
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Relevant Field
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete site work and project execution
- Lead and manage on-site teams and labour staff
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and work progress
- Ensure smooth installation and site operations
- Manage manpower planning and daily site activities
- Handle client meetings and project updates
- Support business development and marketing activities
- Generate new client leads and maintain client relationships
- Ensure safety standards and proper documentation at site
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and client coordination ability
- Knowledge of fire fighting / fire alarm systems
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
- Basic knowledge of project planning and reporting
Preference:
- Only candidates from Fire Industry will be considered
- Candidate must have site handling experience in fire projects
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
