- Manage the complete production cycle from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Understand product specifications, quality standards, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Source and follow up on raw materials, trims, and accessories to avoid production delays.
- Research and procurement of articles
- Liaise with factories, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor product quality at all production stages and coordinate inspections as required.
- Prepare cost sheets, negotiate pricing, and control production costs to maintain profitability.
- Track order status regularly and provide updates to management and clients
