Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage leads, understand their property requirements, qualifying lead, inbound and outbound customer interactions pitch our projects, and nurture them until they are ready for a site visit, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and digital inquiries.
Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans to prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update CRM records accurately.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
Respond promptly to customer queries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and government regulations
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in real estate pre-sales or sales coordination.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience specifically in a Pre-Sales or Inside Sales role within the Real Estate industry
Experience handling residential or commercial real estate projects.
Strong understanding of property buying processes and customer handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Fluency in Tamil & English preferred.
