We need candidate from LOGISTICS INDUSTRY only.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges across functions (Operations, Leasing, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.).
- Document “As-Is” business processes and identify bottlenecks, pain points, and gaps.
- Define and design “To-Be” processes aligned with the business transformation roadmap.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
- Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Collaborate with IT and implementation partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
- Validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Lead functional discussions, requirement sign-offs, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and change management support.
- Act as a liaison between business users, internal IT teams, and external implementation partners.
- Track, monitor, and report progress of transformation initiatives, highlighting risks and dependencies.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitization.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
