A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Developer designs, builds, and maintains CRM systems to support an organization's business processes. They work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the system meets the company's needs and maximizes the benefits of CRM technology. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:Develop custom solutions within CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Configuration and Customization:Configure CRM systems to meet specific business requirements, including customizing user interfaces and workflows.
- Integration:Integrate CRM systems with other applications and systems.
- Troubleshooting and Support:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide ongoing support for the CRM system.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the CRM system meets their requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze CRM data to identify trends and provide insights to business heads.
- Coding and Testing:Write code, perform unit testing, and ensure the quality of the CRM system.
