Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and drive the development of impactful visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining high design standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the graphic design team.
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs for digital and print media.
- Create social media creatives, brochures, banners, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Design professional presentations, pitch decks, and corporate communication materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels.
- Review and approve design deliverables to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams on campaign execution.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of creative requirements.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other design software.
- Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proven team leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a creative/design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, presentation, and digital design projects.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
