Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. This role requires overseeing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that application solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and continuous engagement with team members to drive successful delivery and maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application components.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials, Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Strong knowledge of financial application architecture and configuration best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
