Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and business decision-makers.
- Understand clients' hiring requirements and offer customized recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth delivery of hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an HR Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, or Staffing Company.
- Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Good understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
