Job Summary
We are seeking a Linguistic & Data Annotation Delivery and Quality Analyst who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and quality control of AI training datasets. The role requires managing daily output, ensuring adherence to timelines, maintaining high-quality standards, and coordinating with annotators, reviewers, and vendors to meet project commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery & Execution
- Own daily, weekly, and milestone-based delivery for linguistic and data annotation projects
- Plan task allocation and workload distribution across annotators and reviewers
- Track productivity, throughput, and SLA adherence
- Ensure on-time delivery as per client commitments
- Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate and resolve blockers
- Quality Assurance & Control
- Define and enforce QA standards, checklists, and acceptance criteria
- Review annotated data for accuracy, linguistic correctness, and guideline compliance
- Conduct audits, spot checks, and deep reviews as required
- Analyze quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure minimal rework and continuous quality improvement
- Team & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors
- Monitor performance of annotators and QA reviewers
- Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective guidance
- Support onboarding, training, and calibration of new resources
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and share daily and weekly delivery and quality reports
- Track KPIs such as accuracy, rework rate, productivity, and utilization
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Maintain clear documentation of processes and changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of linguistic annotation and data labeling workflows
- Proven experience managing delivery timelines and QA for AI data projects
- Excellent command of English; additional language expertise is a plus
- Ability to interpret and enforce complex annotation guidelines
Operational & Analytical Skills
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities
- Data-driven approach to tracking quality and delivery metrics
- High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Tools & Platforms
- Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting
- Annotation tools and task management platforms
- Basic understanding of AI/ML, NLP, ASR, or CV workflows
