(1)Quality Control Senior Chemist to join “SPICES” manufacturing industry.
(2)Experienced in TESTING, ANALYSIS, QUALITY ASSURANCE of “SPICES & SPICE PRODUCTS” ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
(3)Conduct ROUTINE & ADVANCED testing of spices like:
MOISTURE, ASH, ASTA COLOR, PUNGGENCY (SHU), PIPERLINE content,
VOLUMETRIC ACIDITY, SALT ANALYSIS, EXTRANEOUS MATTER and other QUALITY PARAMETERS.
(4)Perform chemical analysis using standard laboratory methods such as:
UV Spectroscopy, Titration, Extraction techniques
(5) Operate and Maintain Lab Instruments:
Spectrophotometer, Hot air oven, Muffle furnace, weighing balance.
(6) Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations:
Maintain and update laboratory records,
Certificate of Analysis (COA), and documentation,
Ensure Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) & proper calibration of equipment
Support internal and external audits with proper documentation
Identify deviations & implementing Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry / Food Technology / Food Science or related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
