Key Responsibilities:
- Filing of TDS Returns (24Q & 26Q).
- Coordination and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
- Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund filing.
- UAN creation, PF & ESI filing, and insurance-related activities.
- Interest calculation for loan creditors.
- Monitoring bills payable and receivable as per contract terms.
- Preparation of monthly project-wise cost reports.
- Preparation of monthly collection reports.
- Ledger scrutiny and vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Advance tax calculation for individual accounts.
- Preparation of documents for loan processing.
- Annual book closure and support for statutory filings.
- Verification of vendor and employee Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Processing online payments for TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory payments.
- Preparation of MIS reports for loan creditors.
- Preparation of Project-wise Cost & Means reports.
- Maintaining individual investment reports.
- Preparation and filing of MSME reports.
- Handling Beneficiary Trust and HUF accounts.
- Preparation of financial provisions.
- Coordinating with Auditors for Company and Individual Income Tax Return (ITR) filings.
- Coordinating with the Company Secretary for ROC filings.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience:
- 12 + years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Skills:
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Pay: Up to ₹58,000.00 per month
