Simra Aveera Private Limited looking for a Junior Mathematics Faculty to support IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) batches for Class 11 & 12, with a focus on strong fundamentals, structured teaching, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering Mathematics lectures for IIT-JEE students (Class 11 & 12)
- Support senior faculty in covering core topics
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and assist in revision classes
- Prepare assignments, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), and study material
- Evaluate answer sheets and support performance tracking
- Assist in test discussions and academic activities
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student engagement
- Coordinate with academic team for smooth execution of classes
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IIT-JEE Mathematics coaching
- Strong understanding of Class 11 & 12 Mathematics (JEE level)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to structured teaching methods
- Ability to connect with students
Preferred:
- IIT/JEE background (appeared/qualified)
- Prior experience assisting senior faculty
- Exposure to coaching institute environment
- Basic experience with test series and academic systems
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
