Studio Manager (1 Position) (can be placed either at Andheri or Marine Drive)
Compensation: 60-80k

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Studio Manager to lead sales, operations, and team performance at Orangetheory Fitness. The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership experience, team management skills, and a passion for fitness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership sales and achieve revenue targets.
Lead studio marketing, outreach activities, and local events.
Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure policy compliance.
Recruit, train, coach, and manage studio staff.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, payroll, inventory, and facility maintenance.
Ensure exceptional member experience and customer service.
Build a high-performance, energetic team culture.
Requirements:
2–3 years of sales experience and 2–3 years of team management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Fitness industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Flexible to work weekends and extended hours as required.
