The organization values quality, safety, and consistent service delivery in all aspects of its work. Role Description The Quality Control Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula. This position oversees daily quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and verification of machinery products and services to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. The supervisor coordinates workflows for quality control staff, reviews documentation and test reports, and implements corrective and preventive actions when issues are identified. The role includes maintaining quality records, supporting internal and external audits, and collaborating with production, service, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related concerns. The Quality Control Supervisor also trains team members on quality procedures, promotes safety and good laboratory practices where relevant, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills with experience leading quality or technical teams, managing workloads, and coaching staff. Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance practices, including inspections, testing protocols, and documentation. Solid analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based decisions to improve quality. Relevant laboratory skills for handling measurements, tests, and use of quality-related instruments where applicable. Knowledge of machinery or manufacturing environments, including safety standards and basic engineering concepts. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work systematically under time constraints. Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder coordination. Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial technology, quality management, or a related field; prior experience in quality supervision is preferred.
