Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business leads, identifying potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms
- Research companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and meeting scheduling
- Handle outbound communication via calls, emails, and social media
- Follow up with prospects and maintain proper communication records
- Support marketing campaigns and business development activities
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation and sales support
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions
- Good research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling domestic or international clients
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation strategies
- Experience in IT service-based companies is an added advantage
