- Weekly interaction with Distributor and Franchise Store.
- Track online & offline market strategy and performance.
- Track and improve category sales.
- Weekly interaction with Area Sales Head — Suggestions & Improvement.
- Weekly interaction with Plant team — Grievances & Improvement.
- Prepare and share weekly overall review reports with the team head.
- Conduct tele-audits with field staff and distributors to verify activities, compliance, and service.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, reports, and presentations as per requirements.
- Provide end-to-end sales support and coordination with internal teams.
- Manage inventory of POSM (brochures, standees, banners, and promotional items).
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
