Job Summary:ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. In this role, you will help customers achieve their financial goals by recommending suitable life insurance, savings, retirement, and wealth creation solutions while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through referrals, networking, and personal contacts.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers with documentation, policy issuance, renewals, and claim support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on company products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
