We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to manage the company's sales activities as well as day-to-day operational functions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers while maintaining company margins.
- Coordinate with the sales team and guide them to achieve targets.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee daily sales and operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Warehouse, and Delivery teams.
- Monitor order processing from enquiry to final delivery.
- Ensure timely availability and dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
- Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, delivery delays, and order-related concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation for quotations, orders, invoices, dispatches, and payments.
3. Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the sales and operations team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily work.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Train team members on products, processes, and customer handling.
4. Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Maintain professional relationships with key customers, dealers, contractors, and vendors.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Coordinate with manufacturers/distributors regarding pricing, schemes, stock, and product availability.
- Support the team in handling major customer negotiations and business discussions.
5. Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
- Monitor sales targets, order status, outstanding payments, stock, and deliveries.
- Track sales team performance and customer follow-ups.
- Provide management with regular updates regarding sales, operations, market conditions, and business opportunities.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or Operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Electrical Distribution, Electrical Trading, Industrial Products, or a related industry.
- Experience in handling dealers, contractors, corporate customers, and institutional clients will be preferred.

As per experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹14,839.41 - ₹55,036.01 per month
