Job Title: Area Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to manage sales activities and develop business in the Madhubani and Darbhanga areas. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, good communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly.
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Promote company products and explain product features and benefits.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned market.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales/field sales preferred.
- Freshers are not allowed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates familiar with Madhubani and Darbhanga markets will be preferred.
- Local Candidate Prefered.
