Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to residential and commercial projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, timeline, and buying intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with warm and cold leads to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead management and campaign feedback.
- Share project brochures, floor plans, and relevant information with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
