Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving performance-oriented digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, search engines, and web channels. The role involves content planning and execution, local SEO optimization, personal branding support for the Managing Director, and management of paid digital campaigns. The position will focus on enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through both organic and paid marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage stories, reels, posts, and other engagement-driven content formats.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
- Track metrics such as CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Local SEO & Website Optimization
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles and maintain accurate business information.
- Improve local keyword rankings and website visibility through SEO best practices.
- Coordinate website content updates to support search engine performance and user engagement.
Content Writing & Copy Development
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, post descriptions, and promotional content for digital platforms.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
Managing Director Branding Support
- Handle content planning, posting, and engagement activities for the Managing Director’s Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
- Build and maintain a professional and impactful personal brand presence online.
LinkedIn Management
- Manage and grow LinkedIn presence for both the company and Managing Director.
- Increase audience engagement, professional reach, and inbound inquiries through strategic content initiatives.
Content Planning & Coordination
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution of marketing activities.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, social media insights, SEO progress, and lead generation results.
- Analyze data and recommend improvements for better digital performance and audience engagement.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
