We are looking for a skilled and motivated Factory Supervisor along with interior knowledge to lead our carpentry manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking processes, quality assurance, and team management. You will play a key role in ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day factory and production activities.
- Review production drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams.
- Manage factory workers, machine operators, and subcontractors.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure quality control during manufacturing and finishing stages.
- Maintain daily production reports and workforce records.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and factory safety compliance.
- Resolve production and technical issues to avoid delays.
Technical Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of drawing review and understanding furniture production drawings.
- Good understanding of Edge Banding and Multi Boring operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of CNC Router Machine operations and production planning.
- Experience working with Panel Saw machines.
- Understanding of modular furniture manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret shop drawings and coordinate production accordingly.
- Knowledge of material handling, cutting optimization, and factory workflow.

Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Civil, Interior, or related field.

- 3–8 years of experience in Furniture Manufacturing / Modular Furniture Factory operations.
