Job Summary
Responsible for smooth execution of advertising campaigns and technical operations across assigned railway stations/assets, ensuring timely maintenance, issue resolution, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely execution and monitoring of all assigned campaigns and assets.
* Handle installation, maintenance, AMC, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
* Monitor audio, LED screens, and other assets to ensure quality and proper functioning.
* Resolve technical and operational issues promptly and minimize downtime.
* Capture and submit campaign photos, videos, and audio recordings as per guidelines.
* Maintain daily logs, campaign reports, inspection reports, and required documentation.
* Coordinate with Sales, Central Operations, railway authorities, station staff, and other stakeholders.
* Take ownership of the assigned territory and ensure smooth station-level operations.
* Maintain attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
* CCNA, Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in technical support, field operations, maintenance, or project implementation.
* Good troubleshooting, coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
