Qualification: Engineering + ASNT L-III/PCN-2
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to overlook our Inspection, Testing and Training business.
The individual should have full knowledge in NDT activities and should have operational capability. He should be dedicated towards the work progress and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Work in the role of middle management with full control of site activities with an objective of better performance and growth prospects.
Recruit, develop and mentor NDT technicians
Strategize and conduct structured training & development programs
Develop and build client relationships.
Ensure compliance with NDT standards & safety requirements
Plan and employ resources to fulfil contractual obligations
Monitor day to day activities in operations & co-ordinate with site in-charge and ensure
smooth and effective operation
Manage resources, budgets & execution performance.
Reports to Top Management on daily basis.
Prerequisites for applying:
Minimum 10+ years experience in NDT with proven leadership
PCN Level II/ASNT III certification in UT / RT / MT / PT
Must have handled major EPC projects.
Must have good experience in managing major Turnarounds/ Shutdowns with 150+ technicians
Strong background in manpower management & technical training
Proven capability in NDT operations, client coordination & quality systems
Excellent planning, communication & people-leadership skills
