Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through proactive client outreach, relationship building, and persuasive pitching — both in-person at the gallery and over phone calls. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our art collection to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch and sell artworks to potential clients (individuals, corporates, hotels, interior designers, etc.) through face-to-face meetings and telephone calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artworks.
- Conduct gallery tours and provide detailed information about artists and artworks.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the gallery team for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on art trends and competitor activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in retail, luxury goods, real estate, or lifestyle products).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preference will be given to candidates with background in Arts, Marketing, or Business).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command over Assamese, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Personality: Presentable, confident, and professional appearance with a genuine interest in art and culture.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle clients with patience and enthusiasm.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with field visits and gallery floor duties.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones (for CRM and digital communication).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
