- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for management and staff.
- Prepare, maintain, and update administrative reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of physical and digital records.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support smooth office operations.
- Assist in general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day office functioning.
