Process Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Industrialisation (Assembly)
1. Detailed study of the drawing of Assemblies and standards understanding the complete requirement of the customer / Assembly project.
2. 2 Define and develop suitable manufacturing process for sheet metal and Assembly & conduct feasibility study.
3. 3 Preparation of Bill of materials and other documents in the prescribed forms, formats, and SOP’s as per AS9100 guide lines
4. 4 Guides the next level engineers by explaining the process as required
5. 5 Leads CFT reviews for FAI completion.
6. 6 Familiar with Catia V5 & AutoCAD
7. 7 Familiar with tool concepts of form blocks
8. 8 Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FAI, PFMEA, MSA, SPC
9. 9 Good communication and analytical skills
10. 10 Maintain records of all AS documents for product step by step as per system while product development.
11. 11 Assists program management with preparation of industrialization time plan and completion of FAI and industrialization of parts
12. 12 Ensuring effective implementation of engineering changes.
Knowledge & Critical Skills Reqd.:
1. Knowledge on manufacturing methods of aerospace sheet metal parts, Assemblies
2. Knowledge on Special processes like Anodizing, Chemical milling and painting
3. Knowledge of all heat treatment process like Annealing, normalizing, Solutioning, aging,
4. Knowledge of quality assurance, NADCAP and AS 9100 Standards.
5. Knowledge on SAP
6. Hands on experience in CATIA V5 & AutoCAD

Education B.E(Mech/ Aeronautical/ Aerospace) / DME
Experience 3-8 Yrs Exp
