We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests or feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and quality targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Required Skills:

Pay: ₹9,782.66 - ₹28,200.71 per month
