Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are Seeking for a Marketing Manager for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing a team, and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the company’s brand image and messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, promotions, and public relations initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
- Manage budgets for marketing activities and optimize spend for ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to drive integrated campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduated and Post Graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- B. Tech Preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 3–5+ years) in marketing, with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and results-driven approach.
Experience:
- Previous experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or brand management.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing depending on the company’s focus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
