Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior SMO (Social Media Optimization) Executive to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 month of experience who are passionate about social media, content creation, and online brand building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to develop content strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
