Key Responsibilities1. Shift Operations
- Supervise daily, frontline restaurant operations during assigned hours.
- Assign duties and specific tasks to team members dynamically.
- Monitor speed of service to keep customer wait times minimal.
2. Food Safety & Quality
- Enforce strict adherence to KFC food handling and hygiene guidelines.
- Coach kitchen cooks to maintain and continuously improve product consistency.
- Verify that equipment temperatures and kitchen stations meet health regulations.
3. Financial & Inventory Controls
- Complete shift cash reconciliations and register drawer counts securely.
- Track inventory levels and report product usage or wastage accurately.
- Document operational shift reports for senior restaurant management.
4. Customer Service & Staff Management
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure positive dining experiences.
- Motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle basic staff scheduling and performance monitoring on shift.
Core Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality sector.
- Skills: Clear team handling capabilities, active problem-solving skills, and quick math execution.
- Schedule: Availability to work flexible, rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
