We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented BE, Tech - Civil / Mechanical freshers to join our Structural Steel Detailing team.
Selected candidates will get opportunity to work in international standards, estimation processes, and industry-standard detailing Software.
Career Progression:
- Initial 6 months : Working in the Estimation department to understand project scope, quantities, and fundamentals of steel detailing
- Based on performance, candidates will be moved to Steel Detailer / Modeler / Checker roles within the detailing team
- Comprehensive exposure to international standards and real-time project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn structural steel detailing workflows as per AISC / OSHA / IS standards
- Assist in preparation of 3D models, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings using detailing software
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately
- Coordinate with senior modelers and checkers to maintain quality and accuracy
- Participate in internal reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Freshers only)
- Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals and drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (Tekla / SDS2 awareness is an advantage, Not mandatory)
- Strong analytical thinking and visualization skills
- Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn new tools and standards
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
