We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels and possess hands-on experience in regional sales management within the FMCG sector.
Candidates from beverages, instant foods, ready-to-eat, packaged foods, or similar categories will be preferred.
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve business targets across assigned territories
- Manage and expand distribution network, retailer relationships, and channel partnerships
- Handle both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) business operations
- Develop regional sales strategies, market penetration plans, and execution roadmaps
- Lead distributor management, primary and secondary sales tracking, and market expansion
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to improve sales performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and operations
- Build and mentor regional sales teams to ensure execution excellence
- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, including senior regional handling experience
- Mandatory exposure to both MT and GT channels
- Candidates from extremely large/big-brand corporates may not be an ideal fit unless genuinely open to a fast-growing environment
- Practical, execution-focused candidates preferred over purely pedigree-driven profiles
