About the Role
The Growth & Demand Gen Manager is the revenue engine of the marketing team. This role owns all paid acquisition channels, MQL targets, and pipeline contribution — with full accountability for CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion. You will work closely with Sales to ensure a seamless MQL-to-SQL handoff and continuously optimize spend for maximum pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute multi-channel paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels.
- Drive 500+ MQLs per month with a target MQL-to-SQL conversion rate of ≥ 30%.
- Manage and optimize the demand generation budget with a focus on reducing CAC by 20% QoQ.
- Build and refine landing pages, lead capture flows, and A/B test frameworks to improve conversion.
- Partner with Content and Automation teams to build cohesive inbound + outbound campaigns.
- Deliver weekly pipeline reports and attribution dashboards to the Head of Marketing and CEO.
- Evaluate and onboard new acquisition channels — intent data, ABM, retargeting, and review sites.

Requirements
- 6–10 years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience, with a strong demand gen focus.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with attribution models, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics.
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM for lead management and reporting.
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ annual paid media budgets.
