Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Marketing & PR Executive to lead outdoor promotions, offline marketing initiatives, and strategic collaborations aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving high-quality walk-ins across our Tanishq showrooms.
The role focuses on building strong local networks, executing on-ground marketing activities, and creating meaningful partnerships with communities, organizations, and institutions to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities1. Outdoor Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and showroom footfall.
- Identify and participate in relevant local events, exhibitions, lifestyle gatherings, and community platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute outdoor promotional activities aligned with brand positioning.
2. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Build partnerships with corporates, residential communities, clubs, institutions, wedding planners, and women-centric groups.
- Develop collaboration opportunities for co-branded events and promotional initiatives.
- Create long-term association programs to ensure recurring engagement opportunities.
3. In-Store Event Development
- Create a strong external network to host curated in-store activities and customer engagement events.
- Coordinate with store teams to execute events that generate new walk-ins and customer acquisition.
- Plan thematic events aligned with festive seasons, wedding cycles, and brand campaigns.
4. Public Relations & Networking
- Act as the brand’s local ambassador by building relationships with influencers, community leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Manage local PR opportunities, brand visibility initiatives, and media interactions where applicable.
- Strengthen brand presence within premium customer communities.
5. Lead Generation & Walk-in Growth
- Drive measurable walk-in generation through offline channels.
- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and partnership ROI.
- Maintain a database of partners, collaborators, and outreach networks.
6. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with showroom teams, central marketing teams, and vendors for seamless campaign execution.
- Ensure all activities adhere to Tanishq brand guidelines and standards.
Key RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in offline marketing, retail marketing, PR, or business development.
- Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, lifestyle brands, or hospitality is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
