Job Summary
ITC India Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Marketing Executive to support business development, client acquisition, lead generation, and marketing activities. The candidate should possess good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to build professional relationships.
The role involves coordination with clients, follow-ups, marketing support, and contributing to the company’s business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Coordinate with clients regarding enquiries, proposals, and business opportunities
- Support sales and marketing activities through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Maintain client databases, reports, and follow-up records
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client support and execution
- Handle professional communication through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and associates
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident approach toward client handling
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Knowledge of MS Office and internet applications
