Delivery Leadership & Program Governance
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs across Azure and GCP ecosystems.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams including Data Engineers, AI Engineers, BI Developers, Data Governance SMEs, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Support teams.
- Establish delivery governance models including: Steering committees, RAID management, KPI/SLA reporting, Resource planning
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution with predictable sprint velocity and release management.
- Ensure delivery adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance standards.
- Manage dependencies across business, infrastructure, security, architecture, and external vendors.
- Data Engineering & Modern Data Platform Delivery
- Lead solution oversight and delivery including Azure DataBricks, ADF, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Synapse Analytics
- Optimize BigQuery storage and compute cost models.
- Lead migration and modernization initiatives from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.
- Govern scalable medallion/lakehouse implementation and reusable ingestion and transformation frameworks
- Implement CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Lead implementation of enterprise AI and GenAI solutions including Gemini AI and Agentic AI Frameworks, LLM Integrations
- Drive AI Adoption and Productivity improvements
- Drive prompt engineering standards and reusable AI accelerators.
- Data Quality & Governance delivery using Informatica along with Business Intelligence using Power Biz, Building KPIs and Dashboards
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
