Key Responsibilities:
Business generation, monitoring, analysis & planning of branches and district.
Review of targets Vs achievement of unit heads and CSRs.
Individual performance review and business review.
Evaluation/Assessment of business and submission of performance improvement plans.
Updating weekly plan of unit heads to State Head.
Coordination with support functions HR, MIS, Admin, IT and Finance at HO.
Branch wise balance sheet monitoring.
Revenue generation and analysis, analysis of accounts, outstanding, collection and amount per CSR and Per Branch.
Analysis of profitability of branch and district.
Staffing, Training and Resource management. Ensuring staff is hired in time in all branches as per business plan.
Monthly Meeting with Unit Heads and CSR to review business and plan for resources.
Weekly Meeting with Unit Head for keeping himself/herself fully updated.
Desired Profile:
PG with a minimum of 3+ year experience in handling finance operations in Field.
Team Management & Handling.
Good Communication, and presentation skills.
Market Analysis & Reporting.
Preference will be given to the candidates who can join immediately.
Requirements:
Graduation with 5+ years of relevant experience in which at least 2 years at Branch Head level.
Post Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Team handling is must in previous / current role.
