Job Title: Admin Executive Location: Head Office, Siddiqui Group,109 First Floor, Embassy Centre, next to Status Restaurant, Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400021 Reports To: Managing Director (M.D.) Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview Siddiqui Group is a growing conglomerate, primarily involved in medical fitness examinations for individuals traveling across India and also engaged in construction projects. We operate medical centers in 12-15 states and are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive for our head office. This role involves coordinating with staff across all centers, drafting communications, and managing administrative tasks related to our construction business and property dealings. Key Responsibilities: Coordination: o Coordinate with staff across medical centers in various states to ensure smooth operations. o Monitor and track communication between head office and all centers, addressing any queries or concerns. Communication Management: o Draft and send official emails to center staff, ensuring clarity and prompt responses. o Prepare letters, reports, and other documents for the M.D. and management as required. Property & Construction Administration: o Assist with administrative tasks related to the company's construction projects. o Prepare and share property-related documents with agents, and follow up on status and progress. o Maintain records of property dealings and liaise with legal and real estate professionals as necessary. Documentation & Reporting: o Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and maintained for medical centers and construction projects. o Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operations, property dealings, and pending tasks for management review. General Administration: o Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the head office, including organizing travel, meetings, and handling correspondence. o Ensure smooth internal communication and document flow between departments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: o Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a multilocation or corporate environment. Key Competencies: o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). o Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
