Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for students.
- Prepare students for university compliance interviews, pre-CAS interviews, and credibility assessments.
- Assess student profiles and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Train students on course knowledge, university information, financial awareness, and career objectives.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure students understand UK visa compliance requirements and university expectations.
- Maintain interview preparation records and progress reports.
- Coordinate with counsellors and admissions teams regarding student readiness.
- Stay updated on university compliance procedures and interview trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in study abroad counselling, university admissions, compliance, or interview training.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of UK higher education and student visa processes.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online meeting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in UK university compliance or international student recruitment.
- Knowledge of UKVI credibility interview requirements.
- Experience conducting mock interviews and student assessments.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹39,703.38 per month
