JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the area through effective planning, visits, customer interaction, influencing, effective demonstration, problem solving, continuous support & query handling
2. Making Pipeline report (projects in pipeline) and submitting to RSM so that the potential business opportunities are known to RSM
3. Scanning the area for projects, contractors and fabricators and taking a note, Coordinating with fabricators and site purchase people
4. Sending whatsapp message to Diva Panel Group about the day's area
5. Following up on the orders, delivery, credit co
6. Going to areas and finding potential new sites coming up. Deciding schedules as per the areas to be covered. Covering all potential projects in the decided areas
7. Making classification of Hot, Warm and Cold types of projects
8. Visiting the sites, finding the contact person, finding out authorized personnel (key decision makers)
9. Providing catalogue and providing information to customers
10. Taking appointments from key people, visiting and providing an effective, comprehensive demo so as to influence them
11. Visiting retail shops of plywood, Aluminium etc and provding them catalogues and information
12. Providing samples to clients whenever required, Solving any queries that the parties have, providing them rebuttals about company USPs
13. Coordinating for a quotation from Sales Coordination department. Quotation once received from sales coordination, forwarding it to the builder, fabricator, architect
14. Having rounds of negotiation with customers, confirming payment terms after negotiation. Following up with clients on start date or payment due
15. Taking PO from client. Getting PI sent by the order processing team
16. Making a Site visit for payment follow-up if required. Talking to clients about advance payment or payment on delivery through RTGS etc. Getting the payment terms approved by Seniors
17. Taking advance or at least a PDC from the customer
18. Giving reasonable solutions to customers for any of their queries. For any guidance or clarification checking with RSM
19. Sharing payment details with credit control. Getting all customer information in the desired format (by email only) required by credit control and order processing
20. Coordinating with Credit Control / Order Processing / SCM for new customer verification and addition
21. Coordinating for the stock and helping to make it available for customer. In case some product is not in stock, then trying to convince customer on alternate product, if not convinced then speaking with production team
22. Making long term relations with customers offering them the best possible assistance, service, commitment and reliability
23. Keeping a very good track of competitors and what they are offering, convincing the party about better things in company products. Keeping a keen eye on new developments in the field and notifying seniors from time to time
24. Making sure that the customers are satisfied on all counts like visits, courtesy extended, demo, queries handled & solved, commitments honored, continuous support, facilitating documentation etc. Taking feedback till and after delivery of product
25. Understanding customer requirement, showcasing USP of company products, giving rebuttals for any concerns of customers, proving the worth and price of products, discussing payment terms
26. Following up with Indiamart buyers, website enquiries and event enquiries which have been specifically allocated to self
27. Making a note of the feedback by the customer about the product, quality and timeliness of delivery. Resolving customer complaints at the earliest. In case of a faulty or damaged material, making a note of the same and notifying the RSM and once approved, informing order processing teams for system entry and replacement
28. Making suggestions to RSM and management regarding any new good initiative or process improvement or product improvement
29. Developing plans to add new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits. Planning various activities to establish, maintain and expand the customer base
30. Providing any information as required by Management, RSM or support teams from time to time
31. Being present in weekly meetings discussing potential business and pain areas
Education
Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience: 4-6 years

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
