Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephonic communication with customers to confirm sales order details.
- Verify and process sales orders accurately in the system.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the stores/inventory team.
- Verify customer ledger, outstanding payments, and credit status before processing orders.
- Coordinate with the Production and Planning departments when stock is unavailable.
- Follow up with the Purchase department for raw material requirements and procurement status.
- Provide regular order status updates to customers and address their queries.
- Ensure timely execution and dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Accounts, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, order processing, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹25,868.22 per month
