Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and outgoing Business Development Associates for the region of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Western UP to join our team and play a crucial role in the growth of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, demonstrating our products, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. We are looking for the representatives to cover northern Indian states. This role requires a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client visits to present and demonstrate our products and services.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding the client's needs and matching them with our offerings.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and feedback.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Must have a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
